We are a WordPress theme development company and we’re looking for support forum manager.
Your primary job is to answer questions from our customers in a professional, friendly and timely manner. You will have to pass the questions you can’t resolve to the rest of our team. It is essential to have great communication skills, reply in a professional manner, and be able to work quickly while giving accurate answers. You will work with a time-tracker with hourly rate starting from $10 (will be defined after evaluation). This is a full-time position. You will be able to choose your schedule, but we expect that you will work at least 6 hours daily (on weekdays) in same hours.

Below are some of the most common items that are brought up on our forum:

  • Logging into user’s WordPress installations to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Logging into user’s FTP to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Providing answers to commonly asked theme questions, and be able to provide answers on how to use all the different theme features.
  • Providing small to mid range PHP, HTML, CSS or Javascript customization to our users.
  • Provide basic installation, theme installation, plugin installation knowledge to the user.
  • Improving and expanding our knowledge base
  • Creating tutorial videos

Essential Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development (HTML, CSS, PHP and jQuery).
  • High level of written English.
  • High level of written and spoken Russian.
  • You need to be able to troubleshoot issues that you have not come across.
  • Always be professional, respectful and patient to our customers. This is very important.
